Portfolio Building: a full investment service

This is a hands-off service which allows an investor to achieve a return on their investment with minimal input of time, energy, expert knowledge or risk.

We’ll advise on the best investment property and help plan an investment strategy that suits your goals and expectations.

All elements of the investment are handled by us allowing the investor to focus elsewhere on what they do best, yet still reap the rewards of owning high quality investment property.

As a high level overview these include:

  • Sourcing the right property in the right location (we don’t rush this just to hit a self imposed deadline, we have specific requirements we don’t deviate from to ensure we maintain our quality);
  • Negotiating and purchasing the property including surveys, conveyancing and legal paperwork;
  • Arrangement of finance/refinance (if applicable);
  • Redevelopment of the property including design and contract management;
  • HMO licensing and regulatory compliance; and
  • Tenant finding and ongoing property management.

Property Sourcing: a managed service

With property sourcing we’ll advise on the best investment property and help plan an investment strategy that suits your goals.

We’ll source the property, undertake the development and ongoing management of the property as outlined above.

As a high level overview the elements managed by us include:

  • Sourcing the right property in the right location (as with the portfolio building, we don’t rush this);
  • Negotiating a price for the property. Surveys, conveyancing and legal paperwork remain your responsibility;
  • We don’t advise on or arrange of finance/refinance but can point you to advisors and brokers should you wish;
  • Redevelopment of the property including design and contract management;
  • Assistance with HMO licensing and regulatory compliance but this remains your responsibility; and
  • Tenant finding and ongoing property management.

Whichever is most suitable, our intention is to help people invest in high quality property which will deliver strong and stable returns over the long term.
